| 摘 要： | 目的研究奥氮平与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症的临床疗效及其副作用。方法应用奥氮平与齐拉西酮进行对照研究,采用PANSS、TESS量表分别评定疗效及副反应。结果奥氮平与齐拉西酮疗效相似,奥氮平组显效率75%,齐拉西酮组显效率77.5%。结论奥氮平与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症均有较好的疗效,奥氮平在20mg/d以下没有锥体外系副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects and side effects of olanzapine and ziprasidone for treating schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patiens were randomly divided into olanzapine group and ziprasidone group.The clinical effects and side effects were evaluated with PANSS and TESS.Results Curative effects and side effects of olanzapine were similar to those of ziprasidone.The effective rate of olanzapine group and ziporasidone were 75% and 77.5%,respectively.Conclusion Olanzapine and ziprasidone both have better curative effects for treating schizophrenia. |
