新时期精神医学司法鉴定凶杀案例的特征研究

目的探讨新时期精神医学司法鉴定凶杀案例的特征。方法采用自行编制的司法精神病学鉴定案例调查表对我院司法鉴定凶杀案件1990年-1999年（共256例,作为对照组）与2000年-2007年（共179例,作为研究组）进行比较分析。结果（1）社会人口学特征：研究组的职业以“无业”为主（占45.8%）,明显多于对照组;“农民”则少于对照组（P〈0.05）;籍贯方面研究组“外省”占48.0%,明显高于对照组（25.4%）（P〈0.05）;（2）两组举鉴者的比较,研究组由“办案人员”提出者有所减少,而由“家属”提出者明显增多（P〈0.05）;（3）两组举鉴理由的比较,研究组“审案时发现不正常”有所减少,“作案手段残酷”明显增多（P〈0.05）;（4）两组诊断的比较,研究组诊断“无精神病”明显增加（占45.3%）,诊断“精神分裂症”有所减少（占26.3%）（P〈0.05）;（5）两组责任能力的比较：研究组评定为“完全责任能力”（占50.3%）明显增多（P〈0.05）。结论新时期精神医学司法鉴定凶杀案例的特征与旧时期存在显著的变化,值得引起大家的高度重视。

A comparative study of forensic psychiatry of homicide case in different period of times

Objective To explore the characteristics of homicide cases of forensic psychiatry in different times. Methods A comparative study was conducted between 256 cases from 1990 to 1999 （controlled group） and 179 cases from 2000 to 2007 （study group）. Results （1）There were significant differences between two groups in professions of＂peasants＂and ＂no jobs＂, and ＂native place＂（P~0.05） ; （2）There were less proportions of ＂personnel handling the cases＂, but more of＂ relatives＂ who applied for forensic authenticate of psychiatry in study group. （P〈0. 05）. （3） For reasons that applied for forensic authenticate, ＂abnormal behaviors were found at inquest ＂were less, but ＂cruel means of committing an offence＂ were clearly more（P〈0.05） in study group. （4）There were more proportions of cases diagnosed by ＂no psychosis＂（45.3%）, but less diagnosed by ＂schizophrenia＂（26.3 %） in study group. （P〈0.05）. （5） More proportions of cases were assessedas ＂full capacity for duties＂（50.3%） in study group. Conclusion Significant differences were found in characteristics of forensic psychiatryof homicide cases between new and old period of times, which should be paid more attention to.
