医学院校新生入学适应性调查分析

目的探讨医学院校新生入学适应情况，以期为大学生心理健康教育提供依据，使心理健康教育工作更具针对性实效性。方法通过中国大学生适应性量表（CCSAS）对安徽某医科院校270名大一新生的适应性进行问卷调查。结果CCSAS量表评分结果显示，在自我适应维度上，男生量表评分高于女生（P〈0．05）；在情绪适应、人际关系适应、学习适应及满意度4个维度上，生源地为城镇的学生量表评分高于生源地为农村的学生（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；在学习适应、校园生活适应及满意度维度上，独生子女评分高于非独生子女（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论医科院校大一新生对于目前的校园生活诸多方面表现出消极的、不满意的状态，对新环境的适应存在部分问题。

Investigation of the adaptability in medical freshmen.

Objective To study the adaptability of freshmen in medical college so as to provide evidence to the undergraduate students~psyebological health education. Methods 270 freshmen in a certain medical college in Anhui province were assessed with China College Student Adjustment Scale （CCSAS） to research their adaptability. Results Factor score of self - adaptation in CCSAS in males was significantly higher than that in females （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Factor scores of emotional adaptation, interpersonal relation adaptation, learning adaptation and degree of satisfaction were significantly higher in students came form urban areas than those in students came from rural areas （P 〈 0.05, or P 〈 0.01 ）. Factor scores of learning adaptation, campus-living adaptation and degree of satisfaction were significantly higher in only China one students than those in non-China one students. Conclusion The freshmen in medical college have some problems in adapting new environment and show negative and dissatisfied attitude to some aspects of the current campus life.
