| 摘 要： | 目的通过集束化护理措施的干预，减少重症脑卒中患者尿路感染的发生。方法256例重症脑卒中患者随机分为2组：A组（124例）采用新的护理干预措施，B组（132例）采取以往的常规护理措施。结果留置尿管时间在15d内，A组患者尿路感染率低于B组，留置尿管时间在15d以上，2组尿路感染率无明显差别。A组尿管外端洁净程度高于B组。结论集束化护理干预可以有效降低重症脑卒中患者留置尿管时间在15d内尿路感染的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To decrease the urinary tract infection incidence rate in patients with critical cerebral apoplexy by nursing intervention. Methods Two hundred and fifty-six cases with critical cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups： group A（n=124）was applied with new nursing intervention study, while group B（n= 132）was applied with custom nursing intervention study. Results The urinary tract infection incidence rate in group A was lower than group B during 15 days of urinary canal detaining, but there was no difference after 15 days between the two groups. Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention could decrease the urinary tract infection incidence rate during 15 days of urinary canal detaining in patients with critical cerebral apoplexy by nursing intervention. |
