影响小学生心理健康的多因素分析

为探讨儿童心理健康问题的影响因素。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法，应用心理诊断测验手册调查了四川省绵阳市城乡４－６年级小学生１６８０名。结果 表明３２．４４％的儿童有心理健康问题，０．５４％的儿童疑有重性精神病。结论儿童心理健康问题的主要危险因素为父母离异，寄养，父亲职业及农村儿童。并且随年级增高心理健康问题亦逐级增多。

A multi-factor analysis on the influence mental health in the pupils

Objective The artical was investigated on the influence factors of mental health the pupils.Methods A total of 1680 pupils in the 4-6th years class participated in study.All pupils live in towns or countrysides of Mianyang city,Sichuan,and they met the Diagnostic Manual of Mental Health and were measured by questionaire.All data were obtained by statistical method.Results 34.44%(544) of puplis had menth health problems and about 0.54% of pupils had psychosis possible.Conclusions The results suggest that main risk factors of pupils were correlated with parental divorce,vocation,live in countryside and adoptive children.In addition,the mental health problems of pupils were increased follow by ascending class.
