四川省某综合医院芦山地震住院伤员身心状态调查

目的了解芦山地震住院伤员的身心状态。方法采用方便抽样抽取2013年4月21日-5月15日在四川省人民医院住院治疗的70名地震伤员,运用急性应激障碍(ASDS)、抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表(DASS-21)对其进行调查。结果 1住院伤员中,26人(37.1%)有急性应激障碍(ASD)症状,"参与过救援"、"目睹过支离破碎的尸体"、"经历亲友受伤或死亡"的伤员比没有经历这些的伤员有更明显的急性应激症状,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);23人(4.3%)有明显的抑郁症状,8人(11.5%)有焦虑症状、5人(7.2%)有压力症状,而ASD伤员的抑郁、焦虑、压力症状明显高于非ASD伤员(P0.05)。结论芦山地震震后伤员身心反应强烈,部分有明显的急性应激障碍症状,不同创伤暴露经验的伤员其应激障碍症状及严重程度不同;ASD患者更易出现抑郁、焦虑、压力症状。

Investigations of the hospitalized wounded psychosomatic state in a general hospital of Sichuan Province after the Lushan earthquake

Objective To understand of the mental and physical state of earthquake wounded patients. Methods The Convenient sampling was used, the basic data, acute stress disorder, depression, anxiety - pressure condition and the way the cognitive emotion regulation of the 70 patients in Sichuan province people~ hospital were surveyed. Results We found 26 people （ 37.1% ） of the Wounded with ASD, There are differences of ASD among different traumatic experiences group, such as who participated or not in the rescue ,who seed or not fragmented bodies, whose family members ,neighbors or friends were or were not deed or injured;2. There are 3 （4.3%） people with obvious depression performance, 8 （11.5%） people with anxiety performance, 5 （7.2%） people with pressure ,the people who have ASD suffer more depression,anxiety and pressure than not ASD. Conclusion The psychosomatic stress reaction of the Earthquake disaster injured in acute phase was serious, some have apparent acute stress disorder and The injured of different experience trauma exposure had different stress disorder symptoms ; the people who have ASD suffer more depression, anxiety and pressure.
