奥氮平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症急性期的对照研究

目的 比较奥氮平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症急性期的疗效和安全性。方法 奥氮平组36例，剂量5—20mg／d；氯丙嗪组32例，剂量100-400mg／d。两组均以PANSS、CGI及TESS量表评定2周。结果两组总体疗效相当，奥氮平组PANSS兴奋激越因子减分在第5天（t=3．47，P〈0．05）、1周末（t=3．21，P〈0．05）及2周末（t=3．64，P〈0．05）优于氯丙嗪组。结论奥氮平治疗精神分裂症急性期的疗效肯定，起效较快，不良反应较小，且安全性良好。

A controlled study of olanzapine and chlorpromazine in the treatment of the acute phrase of schizophrenia

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of olanzapine and chlorpromazine in the treatment of the acute phrase of schizophrenia. Methods 36 cases were treated with olanzapine in a regimen of 5 - 20mg/d, and 32 cases were treated with chlorpromazine in a regimen of 100 - 400mg/d. PANSS,CGI and TESS were used to measure the efficacy and safety for 2 weeks. Results It was found that the total efficacy of olanzapine in treating the acute phrase of schizophrenia was similar to chlorpromazine. The olanzapine group was superior to the chlorpromazine group in the 5th day（ t = 3. 47, P 〈 0.05 ）, the first （ t= 3. 21, P 〈 0. 05 ） and second week （ t = 3. 64, P 〈 0. 05 ） of PANSS excited component＇ s subtraction. Conclusion Olanzapine shows satisfactory effect and safety in treating the acute phrase of schizophrenia. It has rapid onset of response and less side effects than chlorpromazine.
