慢性原发性失眠的临床特点

目的：研究慢性原发性失眠的临床症状、伴发焦虑和抑郁的特点以及两者的关系。方法：选取慢性原发性失眠患者68例为原发性失眠组,选取有睡眠障碍的帕金森病患者62例为继发性失眠组。对两组研究对象的Athens失眠量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分进行分析比较。结果：原发性失眠组Athens失眠量表总分和分项中入睡困难、早醒、总睡眠时间减少、总睡眠质量差的分值显著高于继发性失眠组（P〈0.01）。原发性失眠组焦虑自评量表得分与Athens失眠量表总分和睡眠维持困难、早醒、总睡眠质量差、白天躯体症状分项密切相关;抑郁自评量表得分与Athens失眠量表总分和早醒、总睡眠时间减少、总睡眠质量差、白天情绪改变、白天躯体症状分项密切相关。结论：慢性原发性失眠患者的入睡困难、早醒、总睡眠时间减少和总睡眠质量差是其临床特点。

The Clinical Characteristics of Chronic Primary Insomnia in China

Aim： To study the clinical characteristics of chronic primary insomnia,the associated anxiety or depression,and the relationship between them.Methods： 68 patients who suffered from chronic primary insomnia were chosen as primary insomnia group.62 patients who suffered from Parkinson’s disease and sleep disorder were chosen as the secondary insomnia group（as the control group）.These two groups were measured by Athens Chronic Insomnia Scale（AIS）,Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）.Then each index sign of the study group was compared with that of the control group.Results： In the study group,the total scores of AIS,the symptoms of difficulty falling asleep,early awakening,sleep time decreasing,sleep quality decreasing were more severe than those of the control group.Also,there is a positive correlations between the SAS and the total scores of AIS,sleep maintenance difficulty,early awakening,sleep quality decreasing,body symptom in the day.And,a positive correlations between the SDS and the total scores of AIS,early awakening,sleep time decreasing,emotion changing and body symptom in the day.Conclusion： Difficulty falling asleep,early awakening,sleep time decreasing,sleep quality decreasing were the special clinical characteristics of chronic primary insomnia.
