阿尔茨海默病认知损害程度的相关影响因素分析

目的:探讨影响阿尔茨海默病(AD)认知损害程度的相关因素。方法:选择记忆障碍门诊就诊的不同严重程度的AD患者共229例,其中轻度101例,中重度128例,收集相关资料进行条件Logistic回归分析。结果:条件Logistic回归分析显示:病程长、低教育水平、低体重指数及伴发精神行为异常为AD病情严重的独立危险因素,OR值分别为1.729(5%CI:1.318～2.269)、0.854(95%CI:0.791～0.922)、0.853(95%CI:0.780～0.932)及2.865(95%CI:1.527～5.378)。结论:本研究提示病程、教育水平、体重指数及是否合并精神行为异常与AD病情的严重程度有明显相关性。

Analysis of Related Factors Affecting Levels of Cognitive Impairment in Alzheimer's Disease

Aim： To investigate the related factors affecting levels of cognitive impairment in Alzheimer’s disease. Methods： 229 AD patients selected from memory disorder clinic were examined. Among the patients with different levels of cognitive impairment, 101 were mild and 128 were moderate to severe. The data were analyzed by the conditional Logistic regression. Results： The results showed long disease duration, low education, low body mass index and with behavioral and psychological symptoms （BPSD） were independent risk factors for AD with severe cognitive impairment. The OR（odds ratio） were 1.729（95%CI：1.318-2.269）, 0.854（95%CI：0.791-0.922）,0.853（95%CI：0.780-0.932） and 2.865（95%CI：1.527-5.378） respectively. Conclusion： The study suggested that disease duration, education level, body mass index and with BPSD or not were significantly correlated with the levels of cognitive impairment in AD.
