脑小血管病的研究进展

随着中国人口老龄化加速、脑血管疾病危险因素高发及影像学的发展,脑小血管病的发病率与检出率逐年增高,所致神经功能损害及认知功能障碍严重降低了老年人的生活质量。关于脑小血管病的发病机制、治疗等方面至今尚未达成共识,文中主要总结近年来脑小血管病的危险因素、发病机制、与神经系统疾病的关系、治疗等方面的研究进展,以助临床医生对脑小血管病全面了解及早期诊治。

Research Progress of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease

With the rapid aging of population,the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease and the development of imaging,the incidence and detection rate of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) are increasing year by year,the neurological impairment and cognitive dysfunction caused by CSVD seriously reduce the quality of life of the elderly in China.The pathogenesis and the treatment of CSVD have not yet reached a consensus.The development of risk factors,pathogenesis,and its relationship with other nervous system diseases and the treatment in recent years were summarized.
