| Abstract: | Aetiology and pathogenesis mechanism of Parkinson's disease (PD) remain to be elucidated. Recent research has suggested that apoptosis may play an important role in the dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of Parkinson's disease. In this paper, the authors summerize new research advances of Parkinson' s disease in recent years. |
