| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨后颅窝手术并发尿崩症的原因和处理方法。方法 回顾性分析2例后颅窝手术并发尿崩症的治疗情况。结果 尿崩症发生于术中及术后10天。经治疗后好转。结论 后颅窝手术并发尿崩症的可能原因为脑组织的缺血，水肿，血管活性物质刺激及手术和麻醉后机体应激反应产生的抗利尿激素（ADH）释放的暂时性抑制。治疗的主要手段为液体的补充。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes and treatment of diabetes insipidus after surgery of posterior cranial fossa. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted about the treatment of diabetes insipidus after surgery of posterior cranial fossa. Results Diabetes insipidus appeared during operation and 10 days after operation. Conclusion The possible causes of diabetes insipidus after surgery of posterior cranial fossa are cerebral ischemia, brain edema, stimulation of vasoactive agents and transient releasing inhibition of antidiuretic hormone (ADH) after surgery and anesthesia. The main therapy is fluid infusion. |
