| 摘 要： | 目的分析109例高血压脑出血的手术疗效,探讨有效治疗方案.方法回顾性分析109例高血压脑出血病例的临床资料,分析不同手术时机,手术适应证的选择,手术方案以及治疗效果.结果术前、术后两周GCS评分比较差异有显著性,同时对病人进行术后3月随访,疗效满意.结论早期手术有利于术后功能改善,应当根据不同病情选择适当的手术方案.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the curative effect of surgical treatment for 109 cases of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage, and explore the effective therapeutic methods. Methods 109 cases of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed in regard to the surgical opportunity, methods and therapeutic efficacy. Results There was significant difference between preoperation and postoperation in GCS scores. The cases were followed up for 3 months and therapeutic effect was satisfying. Conclusion Early operation is beneficial to the functional improvement. Based on the patients' condition, different surgical methods should be chosen. |
