摘    要:目的 研究湿热下环境脑火器伤(craniocerbral missile wound,CMW)早期血液流变的变化。为临床提供实验依据。方法 改良Carey法制作低速猫CMW模型。随机分为单纯枪伤组,高温度湿组和湿热枪伤组。分别采静脉血测得各血液流变学指标。结果 全部动物生命体征稳定。无死亡,湿热环境和枪伤均引起血液流变学的改变。二复合因素影响显。结论 湿热环境下颅脑火器伤早期血液流变学变化显。应进行相关的防治措施。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of hemorheology in earlier period after craniocerebral missile vvound (CMW) in cats in the environment of high temperature and humidity and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods CMW animal model in cats was constructed with Carey method. 18 cats were divided into 4 groups: single missile wound group, high temperature and high humidity group and missile vvound and high temperature and high humidity group. Blood samples were collected for surveying and calculating hemorheological indexes in each group. Results Vital signs were kept stable at each time point without death. The environment of high temperature and humidity and missile wounds both caused changes in hemorrheology, and the combination of the both factors did significantly. Conclusion An environment of high temperature and humidity was detrimental to changes of catshemorheology after CMW and measures should be taken to alleviate these detrimental effects in the treatment of CMW.
