摘    要:目的 了解脑梗死患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β含量在恢复期和急性期的变化及意义。方法 运用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中TNF-α、IL-1β的含量。结果 急性期、恢复期脑梗死患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平较对照组显著增高(P<0.01),急性期又较恢复期高(P<0.05,P<0.01);增高程度与神经功能缺损程度及梗死体积大小密切相关。结论 TNF-α、IL-1β可能参与脑梗死早期的炎症反应及再灌注损伤,并在其中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To Observe the changes of serum levels of tumornecrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) between acute phase and recovery phase of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Serum Levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in Patients with cerebral infarctions of acute phase and recovery phase increased remarkably as compared with control group(P<0.01).The levels in patients of acute phase also increased remarkably as compared with recovery phase(P<0.05 and P<0.01).There was a positive correlation among the increasing degree, the degree of neurological deficits and different infarct volumes. Conclusions TNF-α and IL-1β possibly participate the inflammatory reaction in early cerebral infarction and the damage after reperfusion.
