| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI增强扫描对大脑脱髓鞘假瘤(demyelination pseudotumor,DPT)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析9例经病理或临床证实的大脑DPT患者MRI平扫及增强扫描的表现。结果病灶多发1例,单发8例。MRI平扫显示,病变在T1WI上呈低信号,T2WI上呈高信号,DWI上呈略低、等或略高信号;增强扫描2例病灶内可见斑片状强化,余7例均见垂直于侧脑室的线条状强化。结论 MRI增强扫描对于DPT的诊断具有重要价值。垂直于侧脑室的线条状强化是大脑DPT的典型MRI表现。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of enhanced MRI on the diagnosis of intracerebral demyelination pseudotumor(DPT).Methods The plain and enhanced MR imaging were performed in 9 cases with DPT.All MR images were reviewed.Results Multiple lesions were found in 1 case,and solitary lesion was detected in the other 8 cases.The lesions showed hypointense on T1WI,and hyperintense on T2WI.On DWI,the lesions were mildly hypointense,isointense,or mildly hyperintense.Patchy enhancement was found in 2 cases,and linear enhancement perpendicular to lateral ventricles was found in the other 7 cases.Conclusions Enhanced MR imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis of DPT.Linear enhancement perpendicular to lateral ventricles is the typical MR finding of intracerebral DPT. |
