首发精神分裂症住院患者近期结局的影响因素

目的 系统探讨首发精神分裂症患者近期结局的影响因素。方法 采用一系列标准化评定工具对２０１例首发精神分裂症住院患者在出院后１年时进行随评估。结果 逐步回归分析表明，影响近期结局的主要因素依次为：随访期间的服药情况、家庭社会支持、注意障碍、意志减退、病前职业功能水平、思维贫乏、情感淡漠及起病形式（Ｒ＾２＝０．５５２６）。结论 精神分裂症患者的近期结局受生物、心理及社会多种因素的影响，而可干预因素起重

Relevant factors of schizophrenic outcome: one year follow up study

Objective To identify variables associated with outcome of first episode schizophrenic patients. Methods A follow up study was carried out in a cohort of 201 inpatients met with the criteria of Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders, the Second Revised Edition for schizophrenia. A Semi structured Questionnaire for Socio demographic and Clinical Variables, Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms and Positive Symptoms, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Social Support Scale, Premorbid Social Function Rating in The 3rd Edition Diagnostic and Statistical of Manual of Mental Disorder, Global Assessment Scale, and Strauss Carpenter Outcome Scale were used to assess these patients by individual interviews. Results The results showed that maintenance treatment, social family supports, attention disturbance, abulia, premorbid level of occupational function, poverty of thought, apathy and onset patterns were the main determinants related to the global outcome at the end of one year's follow up from discharge. Conclusion The results indicate that the factors which can be dealt with play an important role in the short term outcome of first episode schizophrenic patients.
