情感性精神障碍躯体症状遗传方式的探讨

目的探讨情感性精神障碍患者的躯体症状与遗传的关系。方法应用医学遗传的数学方法对４５例具有躯体症状的情感性精神障碍的索引病例进行分析。结果在连续两代出现情感性精神障碍的２０个家系中共有患者所生子女１２７人，其中发病者仅３６例，实际值与理论值（１２７×５０％）差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对索引病例抑郁发作而父母正常的７个家系、索引病例为双相情感性精神障碍而父母正常的１８个家系进行了计算分析，其校正分离率分别为０．０３和０．０６，与常染色体隐性遗传的分离率（０．２５）比较，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。未见具有躯体症状的父亲传递给儿子、父亲专门将致病基因传递女儿的规律。在父母均正常的男性患者中，未见明显交叉遗传及儿子全部具有此症状的现象。抑郁发作的躯体症状的预期患病率与实际患病率比较吻合（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论提示情感性精神障碍患者的躯体症状与遗传有关，遗传方式不符合常染色体显性和隐性遗传及性连锁遗传，遗传方式为多基因遗传

The investigation of genetic model of physical symptoms in affective disorder

Objective The goal of this study was to explore the relationships of physical symptoms to the genetic model in affective disorder. Methods The data of the first and second relatives of 45 affective disorders index cases with physical symptoms were analyzed by the mathematical method of medical genetics. Results The physical symptoms were related to heredity. The hereditary feature of physical symptoms was consistent with the model of polygenic inheritance, but with neither the model of autosomal dominate/recessive inheritance nor that of sex chromosome linked inheritance. Conclusion It is suggested that the biological symptoms of affective disorder are related to the heredity, and the genetic model is polygenic inheritance.
