摘    要:目的:研究提高5种脑诱发电位指标反映信息量的方法。方法:采用听觉脑干反应、听觉诱发电位、视觉诱发电位、事件相关电位P300、关联性负变5种脑诱发电位,对33名正常被试者进行检测,应用SPSS统计软件包进行主成分分析。结果:应用主成分分析的方法,从正常被试者的43个指标中提取出9个主成分,其反映的信息量为信息量的90.0%。结论:应用较少的主成分来反映多种脑诱发电位指标,可减少分析评价的变量数,并能较好地代表和评价多个脑诱发电位指标。

Abstract:Objective In order to increase the efficiency of electrophysiological indicators. Methods The 43 electrophysiological indexes of auditory brainstem response, auditory evoked potentials, visual evoked potentials, event-related potential P 300 , and contingent negative variation were collected from 33 normal subjects. The data were analyzed using the major component analysis (MCA) by SPSS software. Results There were 9 major components extracted, which represented 90.0% of information from the original data. Conclusions The application of the extracted major components could represent the primary electrophysiological indexes, and should be put into consideration in the future studies of brain evoked potential.
