广西壮族自治区女性罪犯精神障碍流行病学调查

目的了解广西壮族自治区女性罪犯各类精神障碍的患病率，为制定监狱环境罪犯精神卫生规划提供科学依据。方法采用扩展的一般健康问卷（GHQ-12）结合罪犯精神障碍线索调查表为筛查工具，以美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册（DSM-1V）为标准，用DSM-IV-TR轴I障碍定式临床检查患者版为调查确诊工具，对某监狱在押女性罪犯进行横断面普查。用大体功能量表（GAF）评定社会适应和功能缺损程度。结果2186人完成调查，调查完成率为97．31％。女性罪犯精神障碍总终生患病率、时点患病率分别为22．54％和12．76％。结论女性罪犯精神障碍患病率高于普通人群，特别是重性抑郁障碍、物质使用障碍和精神分裂症。

The Epidemiological Study of Mental Disorder among Female Criminals in a Prison in GuangXi Zhuang Nationality Autonomous Region.

Objective We investigated the morbidity rate of all kinds of the mental disorder of the female criminals in order to provide the scientific evidence for further mental health task of the criminals. Method We carried out the cross-section census on the female criminals in a prison. Screening tool was the extended General Health Questionnaire （GHQ-12） and the Clue Investigation Questionnaire. Structured clinical interview for DSM -IV-TR Axis I disorders （Patient Version, SCID- I ） was used as diagnostic instrument. The assessment tool of the society function was Global Assessment Function （GAF）. Result 2186 cases finished investigation. The completed rate of the investigation was 97.3%. The total lifetime morbidity rate of the mental disorder of the female criminals was 22.54%, and the point morbidity rate was 12. 76%. Conclusion The prevalence of mental disorder among female criminals is more than the general population, specially for the major depressive disorder, substance abuse disorders, schizophrenia. The mental health task had become the urgent problems in prison. It was necessary to carry out the overall mental health planning and assess the effects regularly in the nrisons.
