医学训练模型材料的比较与应用***

摘要：随着中国《执业医师法》的颁布，以患者为中心的医疗理念及患者自我权益保护意识的日渐增加，在患者身上进行实践能力培养的模式必将成为历史，如何寻找到一条切实可行的、医学生临床实践动手能力培养途径是医学教育迫切需要解决的问题。在此方面，医学模拟教学可以提供良好的教学模式，医学模型正日渐成为医学模拟教学中至关重要的载体。针对医学模拟教学需要，分析不同医学模型材料的结构特点以及医学训练模型组织材料的研制方法，为研制良好的教学载体，培养学生扎实临床技能，提高医学实验教学质量提供有利条件。 关键词：医学；训练模型；材料研究；应用

Comparison and application of medical training model materials

Abstract: With the publish of Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Medical Practitioners, medical concept of all for patients and self-interests protection has been paid more and more attention. The practice test on patients will be abolished in the near future. How to realize clinical operating ability is a tough job for medical education. Simulating teaching may become proper for medical education. Therefore, medical models gradually become important tool for simulating teaching. This study was designed to analyze structural characteristics and manufacture of various stimulating materials, which provided evidences for discovering ideal teaching models, cultivating strong clinical operating ability of students, and improving teaching quality.
