脑脊液作为培养基在嗅鞘细胞自体移植前的应用

【摘要】目的：研究鼻粘膜嗅鞘细胞在正常脑脊液中的生长情况，以利于实施自体嗅鞘细胞移植临床。方法：设置 5种不同培养条件进行比较，了解脑脊液培养条件下细胞的贴壁、增殖、形态学及细胞纯度的变化。结果：普通培养基培养一周后改用脑脊液培养对细胞的增殖能力不造成很大影响，细胞形态及纯度也无明显变化。结论：使用脑脊液培养作为自体细胞移植前的过渡将规避伦理学风险，临床是可行的。

Cerebrospinal fluid was used as culture medium before Olfactory ensheathing cells autotransplantation

Abstract] objective:study of grows of nasal mucosa OECS in the normal CSF will be useful for carrying out clinic study of OECS autotransplantation.methods:comparing with 5 different culture conditions.so as to find out the change of OECS adherence ,proliferation,morphology and purity under the CSF culture condition.results:culture turning common medium into CSF after 1 week has not caused the great influence of cells proliferation ability.their morphology and purity have also not been changed a lot.conclusion:As a method of passing over,using CSF culture before OECS autotransplantation will avoid ethical risk.It will be feasible in clinic.
