摘    要:目的 观察锂剂和氯胺酮分别对N2a细胞中西罗莫司靶蛋白(mTOR)及糖原合酶激酶-3β( GSK-3β)的影响.方法 将N2a细胞随机分为3组(n=6),分别加入DMEM培养液(C组)、3μmol/L氯化锂(L组),1μmol/L氯胺酮(K组),孵育2d后采用Western Blotting分别检测mTOR和GSK- 3β表达.结果 与C组相比,L组和K组mTOR表达显著上调,GSK- 3β表达显著下调(P<0.05).结论 锂剂和氯胺酮可上调mTOR,下调GSK- 3β.

Effects of lithium and ketamine on the expression of mTOR and GSK-3β in N2a cells

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of lithium and ketamine on the expression of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK-3β) in N2a cells. Methods N2a cells were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 6) . DMEM culture solution (group C), lithium chloride 3/Lmol/L(group L) and ketamine 1 μmol/L(group K). Western Blotting was used to determine the expression of mTOR and GSK-3β in N2a cells 2 d after incubation. Results Compared with group C,group L and group K both had up-regulated mTOR and down-regulated GSK-3β (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions lithium and ketamine could mediate the up-regulation of roTOR and down-regulation of GSK-3β.
