| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同药物治疗对精神分裂症患的配偶与父母的影响。方法 采用生活质量量表（WHOQOL-100）对经利培酮、氯氮平治疗达显效出院后精神分裂症患的配偶与父母生活质量进行评定与分析。结果 利培酮组患、患配偶以及父母的生活质量均好于氯氮平组；两组患配偶的生活质量均低于患父母。结论 患的生活质量是影响家属生活质量的重要因素，患对配偶生活质量的影响远大于父母。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of different antipsychotics on the quality of life (QOL) of schizophrenics' spouses and parents. Methods With risperidone and clozapine, the schizophrenics were treated and discharged from hospital with obvious remission. Then WHOQOL- 100 was employed to e-valuate the QOL in schizophrenics' spouses and parents. Results The quality of life of spouses and parents in risperidone-treated group were higher than those in clozapine- treated group, the spouses' QOL were all lower than the parents' in both groups. Conclusions Schizophrenics' QOL plays an important role in influencing their relatives' QOL. The spouses' QOL is more susceptible to be damaged than the parents'. |
