基于ReHo方法的精神分裂症幻听患者静息态fMRI的研究

摘    要:目的 基于静息态功能磁共振(fMRI)图像数据,运用局部一致性(ReHo)方法研究精神分裂症幻听患者静息态脑区活动情况.方法 对18例精神分裂症幻听患者和18例与之相匹配的健康对照人群进行静息态fMRI研究,运用ReHo方法对静息态fMRI数据进行统计分析,并将其结果进行组内和组间分析.结果 组内分析结果显示,两组静息态下脑区BOLD信号的ReHo值升高大多位于大脑“默认网络区域”(额叶、颞叶、扣带回等);就激活脑区面积大小来说,病例组明显减少,即精神分裂症幻听患者静息态脑区活动整体而言是减弱的.组间分析结果显示,与健康对照组相比精神分裂症幻听患者静息状态右侧额叶BOLD信号ReHo值明显降低(P<0.001,纠正后cluster水平).结论 精神分裂症幻听患者颞叶功能活动增强且存在额叶活动异常,提示颞叶功能活动增强和额叶功能活动减弱可能是精神分裂症患者产生幻听的神经影像基础.

Resting fMRI study of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucination based on method of ReHo analysis

Abstract:Objective Based on the resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data, and using local consistency (ReHo) method to evaluate resting state brain area activity in schizo- phrenia patients with auditory hallucination. Methods Resting state fMRI was performed in eighteen ca- ses of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucination and eighteen normal controls. ReHo method was used to analyze resting state fMRI data . One and two sample t-- test was used to detect the changes of the ReHo values between the two groups. Results The results of the one--sample t--test showed that resting state brain regions SOI.D signal ReHo value rise mostly in brain default network area (the fron- tal, temporal lobe and eingulate gyrus)in both groups. The size of active brain area was obviously re- duced in the patient group. The results of the two--sample t test showed that ReHo value of schizo- phrenia patient group was significantly decreased. Conclusions Temporal lobe functional activities of Schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucination enhances remarkably. The frontal lobe activity anoma- ly, the temporal lobe function activity enhancement and frontal lobe function activities weakening are fun- damental brain imaging observations in schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucination.
