上海市心理健康咨询培训工作的探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨培训心理健康咨询服务人员的必要性与可行性。方法 采用宏观调研与教学管理实践评估、资料收集相结合的方法。结果 (1)我市心理咨询从业人员接受规范培训的现状不容乐观,培训需求仍有很大空间;(2)首届培训班学员对教学过程的主观满意度75.56%~97.78%;(3)培训效果的客观测评示,专业知识掌握程度提升38.41%(均分从60.69到84.00,P<0.01)。结论 在目标管理的前提下,教学培训的过程管理十分重要;教育培训科应立足问题的及时发现和解决,以进一步贯彻《上海市精神卫生条例》。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the necessity and feasibility of training of psychological counsellor. Methods: All the data were obtained through macroscopical survey of mental health service and evaluation of training. Results: (1) Most psychological counsellor in Shanghai did not obtain sufficient training. There is a tremendous demand in this field. (2) 75. 56% - -97. 78% of the trainees in the first session were satisfied with the training program. (3) The evaluation of training shown that the level of mastery of professional theory have increased 38.41 % (mean score increased from 60.69 to 84.00, P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on objective management, process management of training was very important. In order to further implement Shanghai Mental Health Act, the department of education and training should focus on identifying and resolving problems.
