恶性综合征还是撤药反应？

概述：我们报告一名女性患者在抗精神病药物过程中使用氯氮平和氯丙嗪出现严重的不良反应，随后患者氯氮平的突然停药后出现撤药反应。在处理过程中曾误诊为恶性综合征，因此临床医生需要识别恶性综合征及撤药反应，熟悉处理及预防方法。

Malignant syndrome or withdrawal reaciton?

Summary:We reported that a female patient occurred serious side effects in the treatment of antipsychotic drug, clozapine and chlorpromazine, and then appeared withdrawal reactions after she suddenly withdrew clozapine. During the treatment process, she was misdiagnosed as malignant syndrome, so clinicians need to idenitfy the malignant syndrome and withdrawal reaciton, and be familiar with the methods of treatment and preveniton.
