| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经性厌食家谱图的特征以及在心理治疗中的作用。方法对12例门诊神经性厌食症患者采用与患者一起绘制家谱图的形式，以结构式家庭治疗理论对家谱图进行解释、分析。结果12例家谱图显示：多数神经性厌食症患者的家庭存在着家庭结构的不良和功能失调。结论家谱图在神经性厌食症的治疗中，对于揭示家庭结构和功能的不良、规划治疗的方向、评价治疗的效果以及激发患者和家庭的内省等方面起到了积极而重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss genogram of anorexia nervosa patients and its value in psychological therapies.Methods:After working out genogram together with twelve anorexia nervosa patients,the mappings were interpreted/analyzeed through structural family therapy perspectives.Results:It indicated that most anorexia nervosa patients' family exhibited morbid family structure and dysfunction.Conclusion:Genogram plays a positive and important role in discovering family structure problems,working out therapy plans,assessing therapy results and inspiring self-reflection of patients and their families. |
