| 摘 要： | 目的对大学一年级医学生进行测试,评价医学生的心理健康状况及人格因素对其影响。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90),明尼苏达多相人格调查(MMPI)以及流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对医学生断面调查研究,其结果与正常人及神经症常模进行比较。结果医学生SCL-90躯体化、敌对、偏执、精神病性4项因子分高于正常人群。MMPI中除男子气—女子气(MF)对心理状况没有影响外,其它9项因素均与SCL-90有关因素呈正相关。其中精神衰弱(PT)影响最为明显。CES-D显示医学生中抑郁症状较为常见。结论在医学生中普遍存在抑郁及其他心理健康问题,人格因素是一个重要影响因素。
