| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨技能训练程式对易肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者的疗效. 方法将102例易肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组51例和对照组51例.2组均接受药物治疗及康复治疗,仅对研究组进行8周的药物自我处置和症状自我监控技能训练,训练结束后对2组均进行半年的随访.使用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)在干预前、干预结束时、随访第1,3,6个月时对2组患者进行评估.结果 对照组治疗6月后PANSS总分比治疗前显著升高(t=-4.339,P=0.001),研究组PANSS总分的变化与治疗前比较无统计学差异.研究组复发率为5.9%,对照组为9.8%,2组比较无统计学差异(χ2=0.548,P=0.460). 结论技能训练程式对易肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者的精神症状具有短期改善作用.
