| 摘 要： | 目的研究雌激素膜受体—G蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)在正常成年大鼠脊髓中的表达与分布。方法采用免疫组化染色法观察4只成年大鼠脊髓各节段中GPR30的表达和分布情况。结果在脊髓的各个节段,GPR30在脊髓中均有表达,但主要分布在灰质中,且以腹角为主,除腰段脊髓背角有少量GPR30阳性信号外,其余节段脊髓背角均未见明显GPR30阳性信号。GPR30在白质中的信号分布较均匀。结论GPR30在脊髓呈特异性分布,提示其在脊髓的生理和病理过程中可能起重要的作用。
