Innova CT在脑血管病血管内治疗术中对出血评价的应用研究

目的 探讨Innova CT在脑血管病血管内治疗术中对出血评估的临床应用价值。方法 应用GE Innova 3100平板DSA．对240例脑血管病患者行Innova DSA检查。当血管内治疗术中怀疑病人出血时立即行DSA Innova CT检查，确定颅内是否有新的出血、出血部位及出血量，是否有造影剂积聚在蛛网膜下腔，并及时给予相应处理。结果 Innova CT发现术中出血4例，其中3例为颅内动脉瘤，1例为大脑中动脉狭窄。经抢救后2例痊愈，1例出现脑梗塞，1例死亡。术后均复查螺旋CT，与Innova CT所见相符。结论 在血管内治疗术中，对疑有颅内出血的病人在Innova3100机上立即行旋转扫描检查、计算机三维重建，确定颅内有无新鲜出血，有利于及时有效地抢救病人。

Clinical Study of Application of Innova CT to Diagnosing Cerebral Hemorrhage During Endovascular Treatment in Patients with Cerebrovascular Diseases

Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of Innova CT to diagnosing cerebral hemorrhage during endovascular treatment in the patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods GE lnnova 3100 plate DSA system were used in 240 patients with cerebrevascular diseases who received endovascular treatment or cerebral angiography. The patients with cerebrovascular diseases who was suspected of intracranial rebleeding during endovascular treatment were examinated by Innova CT. The region and volume of rebleeding were determined. The patients with intracranial rebleeding received emergency treatment. Results The intracranial rebleeding was found by Innova CT in 4 patients, of whom, 3 suffered from intracranial aneurysm and 1 middle cerebral artery stenosis. After the emergency treatment, 2 patients were cured, 1 died and 1 had cerebral infarction. The outcome of Innova CT examination was corresponding to that of postopertative helix CT examination. Conclusions Innova CT can find the new hemorrhage during endovascular treatment in the patients with cerebrovascular diseases, The finding of Innova CT is benefical to treatment of the patients with intracranial rebleeding.
