摘    要:目的探讨纳络酮(naloxone)是否可以减轻脑出血后继发性神经损伤.方法大鼠纹状体内注入胶原酶造成脑出血动物模型,采用免疫组织化学法观察纳络酮治疗组和生理盐水对照组脑出血后24 h出血区粘附分子的表达.结果生理盐水治疗组有很强的粘附分子免疫阳性;纳络酮治疗组粘附分子免疫阳性细胞数量显著低于生理盐水组(P<0.05).结论纳络酮可能通过减轻脑出血后局部的炎性反应,从而起到脑保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of naloxone on decreasing the secondary injury of cerebral hemorrhage .Methods Collagenase was injected into the stratum of the rat to produce a bleeding. Immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of adhesion molecules in the rat brain of naloxone group and normal saline control group 24 h after intracerebral hemorrhage.Results The adhesion molecule- immunoreactive cells were more densely distributed around the blood clot in control group 24 h after collagenase injection, and the number of adhesion molecules-positive cells decreased by naloxone, which made a significant difference to control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Naloxone may have the brain protective effects by relieving the inflammation in fuci after cerebral hemorrhage.
