| 摘 要： | 目的 研究高血压性脑出血再发生的危险因素。方法 本研究收集了２２１ 例高血压性脑出血病例， 其中４７ 例发生再次脑出血。对这些病例进行了定期门诊复查或随访， 分析了血压（ 收缩压和舒张压） 、年龄、性别、出血部位、糖尿病、高血脂、心肌供血状态和抗凝血药物应用等因素与再次脑出血的关系。结果 舒张压水平与再次脑出血关系密切， 舒张压＞ ９０ｍｍＨｇ 的病例的高血压性脑出血再次发生率明显高于舒张压＜ ９０ｍｍＨｇ 的病例。其它因素与再次脑出血无显著关系。结论 本研究认为高舒张压是引起高血压性脑出血再次发生的主要危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate risk factors of the recurrence of hypertensive brain hemorrhage(HBH). Methods 221 cases with HBH were analyzed 47 of them suffered from recurrent brain hemorrhage. We analyzed the relationship between the blood pressure (systolic and diastolic blood pressure), age, sex, site of hemorrhage, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, heart ischemia and anticoagulant with the recurrence of HBH. Results Diastolic blood pressure in the group with rebleeding was significantly higher than that of the group without rebleeding. The recurrence rate was high in cases with diastolic blood pressure>90 mmHg. There were no significant relations between other factors and recurrence of HBH. Conclusion The present study indicated that diastolic blood pressure was the main risk factor for recurrence of HBH. |
