磁共振3D-SPGR序列成像技术在颅神经血管压迫综合征的应用

目的探讨3D-SPGR在颅神经血管压迫综合征的病因诊断及术前评估中的作用.方法对33例连续收治的颅神经血管压迫综合征患者进行回顾性分析,总结其诊断依据、影像学特点和治疗方法,根据术后疗效分析3D-SPGR在颅神经血管压迫综合征中的术前评估作用.结果 33例患者中有3例MRI平扫提示颅内占位引起继发性三叉神经痛（术中证实脑膜瘤2例,表皮样囊肿1例）,其余30例患者均未发现肿瘤等占位病变.此30例患者行3D-SPGR序列扫描,其中显示病变侧神经与血管有接触关系25例,阳性率为83%.患者3D-SPGR阳性,术中探查找到责任血管并处理后的有效率达100%.结论 3D-SPGR对颅神经血管压迫综合症患者的术前病因诊断及手术适应证选择有很大帮助.MVD手术对3D-SPGR阳性的患者可以起到很好的缓解作用.

3D - SPGR, a valuable evaluation factor for cranial neurovascular depression syndrome after MVD

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate whether 3D-SPGR imaging contributes to the diagnosis and evaluation value for MVD of Neurovascular Depression Syndrome.Methods Retrospective analysis of 33 cases of typical Neurovaseular Depression Syndrome was made to clear the positive rate of 3D-SPGR imaging and its relevance to the prognosis after MVD.Results Among the 30 cases of typical primary cranial neurovascular depression syndrome,25 cases of 3D-SPGR are typical.The positive rate is 83%.The cure rate of the cranial neurovascular depression syndrome after MVD with positive 3D-SPGR imaging is 100% in our group.Conclusions because of the high positive rate of primary cranial neurovascular syndrome,the 3D-SPGR could make a large contribution to the diagnosis of neurovascular depression syndrome and contributes a lot to the prognosis of neurovascular depression syndrome after MVD.
