| 摘 要： | 报告２１例颅内蛛网膜囊肿（ＩＡＣ），对其临床表现、诊断、手术适应证、手术方法选择和术中注意事项进行了讨论。ＩＡＣ约占颅内占位性病变的０．８７％，最常见于外侧裂池。认为：ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ是最可靠的诊断方法。凡囊肿有颅内高压者，充分建立囊腔与周围脑池或腹腔之间的交通是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper presents 21 cases of intracranial arachnoid cyst.It's clinical characteristics,diagnosis,surgical indication,choice of treatment,opertive technique are discussed.Intracranial arachnoid cysts represent approximately 0.87 percent of all intracranial space-occuping lesions.The most common location is in the sylvian fissure of middle cranial fossa. CT and MRI are the most reliable for diagnostic device.Raised intracranial pressure is the most important indication for surgical intervention,the cyst should be as much as possible of making free communication with the peritoneal cavity or cisterns. |
