| 摘 要： | 目的 研究抑郁症自杀行为的危险因素。方法 按CCMD 2 R诊断标准收集 2 0 7例住院的抑郁症病人 ,采用多因素Logistic回归分析与抑郁症自杀行为有关的危险因素。 结果 抑郁症自杀未遂 6 6例 ( 31 9% ) ,自杀与绝望 (相对危险度RR =9 30 8)、负性生活事件 (RR =3 84 2 )、妄想 (RR =3 56 5)及自责 (RR =2 99)呈正相关。结论 提示绝望、负性生活事件、妄想及自责是抑郁症患者自杀的危险因素

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the risk factor of suicidal behavior in patents with major depression. Methods 207 in patients who met the diagnostic criteria for major depression and Diagnostic Criteria of the 2nd edition of the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders (CCMD 2 R) were analyzed with multinomial logistic model. Results Among 207 patients, 66 cases(31.8%) had attempted suicide. The suicidal behavior was significantly positive related to hopelessness (RR=9 308), negative life events (RR=3 842), delusion (RR=3.565) and self blame (RR=2 99). Conclusions Hopelessness, negative life events, delusion and self blame were risk factors for suicidal behaviors with major depression. |
