A型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗眼睑痉挛及面肌痉挛临床研究

应用Ａ型肉毒杆菌毒素局部注射治疗眼睑痉挛９例及面肌痉挛３３，例完全缓解者分别为６例及３１例，明显缓解者分别为３例及２例，所有病例均有效，总有效期分别为４～２０周（平均１４周）及１６～３４周（平均２２周）。局部副反应轻微、短暂，无全身反应及过敏反应，且操作简单。认为Ａ型肉毒杆菌毒素是一种安全有效的生物制剂，该方法可作为治疗眼睑痉挛及面肌痉挛的新方法．

Clinical study on blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm treated with botulinum toxin-A

Nine cases of blepharospasm and 33 cases of hemifacial spasm were treated by local injections of small doses of botulinum toxin-A. For blepharospasm complete remission was in 6 of 9 cases, distinct remission was in 3 of 9 cases. For the hemifacial cases complete remission rate was 93.9%(31/33) and distinct one 6.1%(2/33). All patients had got good responses to the therapy. Total effective date was 4-20 weeks (average 14 weeks) and 1634 weeks (average 22 weeks) respectively. Local side effects were minor and transient. No systemic adverse and allergic reactions were neted, and administration was simple. The study shows that botulinum toxin-A is safe and effective, and the therapy is a new method for blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm.
