脑血管意外伴发抑郁症状群的多因素相关研究

对出院后门诊复诊的40例脑血管意外(CVD)病人伴发的抑郁症状群(Post—stroke Depression,PSD)的多因素相关研究后发现,PSD总的发生率是55％。按病灶位于半球内前后左右,将样本分为多个亚组分析后发现,不管是PSD发生率还是量表评定的抑郁程度,左侧病灶组(尤其是左侧前部)虽有高的趋势,但统计上差异无显著性。多元逐步回归分析发现部位以外的其它因素,如疾病本身的严重度、社会支持的程度等的作用增大。作者认为康复期CVD病人PSD的发生是生物、心理、社会因素共同作用的结果。

A multiple factor correlative study on post -stroke depression in acute CVD patients.

A follow-up multiple correlative study on the post-stroke depression (PSD) was conducted on 40 CVD patients who had hospitalized in our Neurological Inpatient Department.An overall PSD incidence rate was 55%.According to lesion sites within hemisphere,the study sample was divided into several subgroups.It was shown that although the depression was severe and the incidence rate of PSD was heigher in those patients with lesion left (especially left anterior) location there was no significant difference.The multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that many factors other than lesion location such as the severity of CVD itself,social support may play an important role in the formation of PSD.Authors think that PSD is a bio-psycho-social factors determined syndrome.
