精神分裂症白细胞介素2、6、8与精神病理的关系

摘    要:目的 检测精神分裂症患者血浆IL2、IL6 和IL8 含量,并探讨其与精神病理的关系。方法 对70 例精神分裂症患者采用双抗体放射免疫法检测IL2 含量,采用夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测IL6 和IL8 含量,同时用阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)评定精神症状。以18 例健康人为对照。结果 患者血浆IL2、IL6 和IL8 含量显著增高;P因子高分亚组IL2 量明显低于低分亚组;相关关系表明IL2 与P因子分显著负相关,IL8 与N 因子显著正相关。结论 精神分裂症存在免疫激活现象,白细胞介素与精神病理之间存在着一定关系。

Abstract:Objective To examine the plasma interleukin in schizophrenia and its relationship with psychopathology. Methods Seventy inpatients with schizophrenia who were washed out for at least 14 days were measured for the levels of IL 2 with double antibodies radioimmune assay and IL 6 and IL 8 with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). They were compared with 18 normal controls. The positive and negative syndrome scale was used to evaluate psychotic symptoms. Results A significant increase in IL 2, IL 6 and IL 8 levels was noted in patients. IL 2 level was significantly decreased in the subgroup with high P subscore in comparison with the subgroup with low P subscore. In addition, there was a significant and negative correlation between IL 2 level and P subscore and a markedly positive correlation between IL 8 level and N subscore. Conclusions An immune response may be present in schizophrenia. There may be a relationship between interleukin and psychopathology of schizophrenia.
