| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗进展性脑梗死的效果。方法选择54例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例,利用神经功能缺损程度评分标准评估疗效,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.2%,对照组为70.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论尤瑞克林能有效地改善进展性脑梗死的神经功能缺损。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods Randomly selected 54 cases of progressive cerebral infarction patients were divided into treatment group（27）and control group（27）,using the degree of neurological deficit score criteria to assess the efficacy,clinical efficacy compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group the total effective rate was 96.2%,70.3% for the control group,the difference between two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can effectively improve the progress of cerebral neurological deficit. |
