单纤维肌电图正常值的研究

摘    要:目的研究68名正常人单纤维肌电图颤抖(jiter)和纤维密度(FD)的正常值。方法用特殊的单纤维针电极测定上肢的伸指总肌和下肢的胫前肌的jiter和FD。结果Jiter与年龄有明显的相关性,随着年龄增长,jiter增宽,而与性别无明显的相关性;FD亦与年龄有关。结论该方法为检测神经肌肉接头处的功能和肌纤维再生情况的客观指标。

Abstract:Objective Single fiber electromyography (SFEMG) was performed in 68 normal human subjects with different ages and genders. Methods The subjects were divided into four groups according to age. Jitters and fiber density (FD) were tested in muscular extensor digitorum communis and tibialis anterior. Results There was a remarkable correlation between the jitter and the age ( P <0.001); The jitter was increased with age. The FD was also significantly increased with age ( P <0.001). Conclusion SFEMG could serve as an objective and valuable method for testing the function of neuromuscular conjunctions and quantitating rearrangements of the muscle fibers in the motor units.
