良性癫痫儿童的生活质量

目的研究良性癫痫患儿的生活质量。方法采用癫痫患者生活质量量表对７７例良性癫痫儿童的生活质量进行测查评定，并与在年龄、性别、文化程度和学习成绩等方面严格匹配的７７名正常儿童进行对比。结果患儿组的生活质量明显低于正常组，与诊断疾病本身、病程、控制发作时间长短及长期服药等因素产生的心理障碍有关。结论除合理的药物治疗外，应对患儿进行包括心理干预的综合治疗。

Quality of life in benign childhood epilepsy

Objective To study the quality of life (QoL) in the children with benign epilepsy. Methods The modified Wechsler's scores of was measured the QoL in 77 children with benign epilepsy by using the quality of life for testing in epileptic patients and compared with 77 normal children, matched strictly in sex, age, education and achievement. Results The QoL of the patients was much lower than that of the control group and related to the various psychological disturbances, induced by the episodes, the course of the disease, the interval of the seizure free and the prolonged administration of anticonvulsants.Conclusion Besides the rational drug treatment by drugs, general comprehensive care including psychological intervention had to be conducted for the children with benign epilepsy.
