双侧侧脑室外引流及脑脊液净化治疗全脑室铸型出血12例报道

目的研究全脑室系统铸型出血的治疗方法，评价其治疗效果。方法对12例全脑室铸型出血患者采用双侧侧脑室外引流术及脑室内灌注尿激酶和腰椎穿刺脑脊液净化治疗。结果9例存活，3例死亡。9例6个月后随访结果：5例恢复良好，2例轻瘫，2例重瘫。结论这种综合疗法操作容易，尤其适合于全脑室铸形出血的患者。

Total intraventricular hemorrhage of casting from treated with bintraventricular external drainage and purification of cerebrospinal fluid

Objective To study the method of treatment of total intraventricular hemorrhage (TIH)ofcasting from and to evalucte the therapecutic efficacy. Methods Twelve patients with TIH were treated withbintraventricular external drainage, intraventricular administration of urokinase and purification of theircerebrospinal fluid. Results In this group, 9 patients survived and 3 patients died. Follow-up studies were made6 months after the treatment in 9 cases: 5 patients lived in good conditions, 2 were mildly disables and the other 2were severely disableds. Conclusion This method of treatment may serve as an easy and effective way to delivera saving measure to the patients with total intraventricilat hemorrhage of casting form.
