摘    要:目的探讨减少显微血管减压术(MVD)治疗面肌痉挛术后听力障碍的有效方法。方法对440例面肌痉挛病人在MVD中采用脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)监测,根据监测结果的实时提示,找出影响听力的因素并加以解除。结果采用BAEP监测后术后听力障碍的发生率由以往手术的7.1%下降到目前的2.5%。结论术中BAEP监测对减少治疗面肌痉挛时所造成的听力障碍具有显著的意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effective tactics of reducing hearing impairment in microvascular decompression (MVD) for hemifacial spasm. Methods The intraoperative brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) was monitored in 440 patients of hemifacial spasms during their MVD. According to the real-time results of BAEP, the factors that might impair hearing could be immediately found out and resolved. Results The rate of hearing impairment decreased remarkably from 7.1% to 2.5% after the utilization of BAEP monitoring. Conclusion The intraoperative monitoring of BAEP could significantly reduce the hearing impairment of MVD for hemifacial spasm.
