| 摘 要： | 本文对新鲜血浆治疗１１５例重症格林－巴利综合征的疗效作了回顾性研究，并与激素治疗的５９例相对照。结果表明：新鲜血浆可显著提高痊愈率，明显降低死亡率，其主要副作用为输血后肝炎。结合文献探讨了该疗法可能的作用机制。

| Abstract: | The result of treatment in 174 patients with severe Grillain-Barre syndrome at the acute stage was studied retrospectively. 115 patients treated with corticosteroids. Comparison was made between the two groups of the same type clinical pictures. The results indicated that the use of plasma infusion could increase the rate of recorery and reduce the mortality significantly. The main side effect of plasma treament was post-transfusion hepatitis(6. 96%). |
