| 摘 要： | 目的调查研究外科手术治疗对成年难治性癫痫患者生活质量的影响.方法运用QOLIE-31量表对100例在我院接受癫痫灶切除术或阻断癫痫异常放电传播和减弱癫痫灶相互影响手术的癫痫患者手术前后生活质量进行调查,并与100例药物治疗对照进行比较,统计学分析用SPSS10.0软件.结果难治性癫痫患者生活质量明显低于对照组,表现在惧怕发作,对日常生活不满意,情绪差,精力不足,认知功能下降,对长期服用抗癫痫药物的顾虑较多,社交、工作受限等,经手术治疗癫痫患者的生活质量明显提高.结论成年难治性癫痫患者生活质量普遍较低,外科手术治疗可显著提高其生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the affection of operation on the quality of life(QOL) in adults with epilepsy.Methods One-hundred patients with epilepsy operated in our hospital were studied and tested by using QOL-IE-31.They were tested before and after the operation.And one-hundred controls also have been tested.The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 10.0.Results Compared with control group,overall quality of life was lower in epileptic group: worrying about theseizure attacks,cognitive,side effect of anti-epileptic medication,they are unsatisfied with their lives and social functions are limited.After operation,the quality of life with epilepsy improved.Conclusion QOL was lower in epileptic patients and operation can improve the quality of life with epilepsy. |
