睡眠质量对听力正常青年人DPOAE和噪声下言语识别的影响

摘    要:目的初步研究睡眠质量对听力正常青年人DPOAE和噪声下言语识别的影响。方法将50例听力正常在校大学生根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep qualily index,PSQI)评分分为睡眠质量较差组(PSQI评分≥7分,25例)和睡眠质量较好组(PSQI评分<7分,25例),对两组进行DPOAE及对侧抑制试验,以及-2、-5 dB信噪比(SNR)噪声下言语识别测试,比较两组结果。结果睡眠质量较差组在1.5、4.0 kHz的DPOAE幅值小于睡眠质量较好组(P<0.05),其他频率两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组受试者在中低频处(0.75、1.0、1.5、2.0 kHz)均出现显著的对侧抑制效应(P<0.01),睡眠质量较差组在中低频处(0.7、1.0、1.5 kHz)的抑制幅度要小于睡眠质量较好组(P<0.05)。睡眠质量较差组在-5、-2 dB SNR噪声下言语识别率均小于睡眠质量较好组(P<0.05)。结论睡眠质量较差会对青年人DPOAE及其对侧抑制试验、噪声下言语识别造成潜在影响。

Abstract:Objective To study on the effect of sleep quality on DPOAE and speech recognition in young people with bormal hearing.Methods According to the PSQI scale,50 college students with normal hearing were divided into a poor sleep quality group(PSQI value greater than or equal to 7 points,25 cases)and a good sleep quality group(PSQI value less than 7 points,25 cases).-2,-5 dB signal-to-noise ratio,noise speech recognition test,DPOAE and contralateral suppression test were performeal the results of the two groups were corpored.Results The DPOAE amplitudes in the poor sleep quality group at 1.5 and 4.0 kHz were smaller than those in the better sleep quality group(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in other frequencies(P>0.05).The two groups of subjects showed significant contralateral suppression effects at the mid-and low-frequency(0.75,1.0,1.5,2.0 kHz)(P<0.01),and the poor sleep quality group was at the mid-and low-frequency(0.7,1.0,1.5 kHz)The inhibition range of serotonin was smaller than that of the better sleep quality group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The speech recognition rate of the poor sleep quality group under-5 and-2dB SNR noise was lower than that of the better sleep quality group(P<0.05).Conclusion Poor sleep quality can potentially affect DPOAE and contralateral suppression and speech recognition under noise in young people with bormal hearing.
