下颔运动障碍评估与治疗的个案研究

目的探索适合下颌运动障碍患者的矫治方案，为下颌运动障碍研究及临床矫治提供新的途径。方法采用单一被试A—B实验设计，对1例下颌张开受限伴下颌后缩的患者进行科学的主观评估和客观测量，予以针对性治疗，并跟踪监控治疗效果。结果患者下颌运动功能主观评估中下颌前伸运动有所提高，与基线期相比有显著变化；客观测量下颌距数值增大，且稳定在正常范围内。结论下颌主动治疗与被动治疗相结合，是正确有效地解决患者下颌张开受限和下颌后缩问题的途径。

A case study on the assessment and treatment for a patient with the jaw movement disorder

Objective To explore the appropriate therapy for patients with the jaw movement disorder and to provide a new approach to studying and treating jaw movement disorders. Methods By the single baseline A-B experimental design, the patient with restricted jaw movement and mandibular retrusion received objective measurement and subjective assessment. Then corresponding treatment was given to the patient and the follow-up evaluation was conducted to observe the therapeutic effects. Results According to the subjective assessment results, the mandibular protrusion function of the patient was improved significantly as compared with the baseline. The objective measurement showed that the jaw＇s distance increased and kept within the normal range. Conclusion The combination of positive and passive treatment was an appropriate and effective way to solve the problems of restricted jaw movement and mandibular retrusion of the patient.
