功能亢进型嗓音音质障碍评估与矫治的个案分析

目的对1例由于呼吸方式错误导致功能亢进型嗓音音质障碍患者进行科学评估，以期找到正确的治疗方法。方法采用单一被试单基线A-B实验设计，结合主观评估与客观测量，制订声带放松训练、生理腹式呼吸结合哈欠叹息法以及重读训练治疗方案，对患者治疗效果进行跟踪评估。结果经过2个月的嗓音矫治，患者基频微扰、振幅微扰等声学参数值逐渐降低，音质恢复正常。结论生理腹式呼吸和哈欠叹息法相结合的综合矫治方法对于呼吸方式错误导致的功能亢进型嗓音音质障碍非常有效，能够改善患者异常的嗓音，使其音质更好。

A case study on the assessment and treatment for a patient with hyperfunctional voice quality disorder

Objective To make an assessment on a patient with hyperfunctional voice quality disorder induced by the wrong respiration pattern and to explore the appropriate therapy for the patient. Methods By the single baseline A-B experimental design, the patient received a series of therapies combined with the subjective assessment and objective measurement. The follow- up evaluation was conducted to observe the therapeutic effects. Results There were significant differences in FO, Jitter, Shimmer and NNE before and after the treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The circadian abdominal respiration combined with vocal training is an effective approach to improve the voice quality of the patient with hyperfunctional voice quality disorder induced by the wrong respiration pattern.
